Can’t I do it myself?
Yes, of course, you can do the XERO setup. There are plethora of videos and how-to’s on the Internet. But, to be honest, it’s something that you as a business owner generally do only once, so why would you bother spending your valuable time to setup XERO instead of dealing with your customers?
Will you do the switch if I used Reckon Enterprise?
Yes, if your previous system was the online versions of MYOB, Quickbooks or Reckon, we’ll do it within the standard package. If you used desktop version, we need to know the exact version in order to decide whether it’s included in the standard package: if you’re using a quite updated version, it’s most probable included, but you’d better shoot us a message. Otherwise, please send us an email with the relevant details and we will give you a personalised quote.
I have transactions in USD and AUD. Will you do the conversion?
Of course, but not in the standard package. Let us know the relevant details (eg. proportion of the foreign currency transactions, the types of them – only sales, only expenses or both -, whether it relates to inventory items etc.) in an email and we will give you a personalised quote.
I have stock in my business. Do you convert inventory?
